Ayara Villas is provided outstanding 78 rooms where are in 2 wings; Bungalow wing and Building wing. All the wonderful rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, hot water shower, hair dryer, in-room safe, fridge and coffee/tea making corner with a toaster oven. The standard bed setting is a king size double bed, which can be separated into twin beds upon request. Each room is set with a patio, facing the sea.

Bungalows:There are 27bungalows which are arranged spaciously, leaving ample space for garden greenery, plants, lawns and path ways. Moreover they are just 100 meters far from the beach. Also, it is provided a Family pool in the bungalow wing.

There are a variety of bungalow types ideal for couples, singles, friends and families alike. We have: “Beach Front”, “Sea View”, “Tropical” or “Twin Bungalow” good for two persons and “Family Bungalow”, “Holiday House” or “Triple Seaview” accommodating 3-4 persons
